Baked Bone Marrow
A simple recipe to cook bone marrow. The bones can be re-used to make Beef Bone Broth. For the recipe, check out the notes at the end of this post.

- 6 bone marrows free range, organic grass-fed if possible
- pink salt
- black pepper crushed
- 1 shallots chopped
- thyme chopped
Preheat oven at 425°F.
Take out bone marrow from the container and place them facing up on a pan with aluminum foil.
Sprinkle pink salt, black pepper, chopped cilantro, shallots and thyme as desired.
Cook for 18 minutes or until the marrow sizzles.
Take out from oven and let it slightly cool before serving.
