fresh grated ginger root
(½ tsp if using powdered form)

fresh grated turmeric root
(½ tsp if using powdered form)

black pepper
(to increase curcumin absorption)
Instructions
Heat 8-10 oz of water to a boil and turn the heat to low just to let it simmer.
Add ginger and turmeric.
Add black pepper.
Let it simmer for 10 minutes.
Turn off the heat and let it cool (or at least warm) before serving.
