Marinade

sweet soy sauce
Instructions
Rice
Wash and soak rice.
Heat oil in pan, fry the ginger and garlic until fragrance.
Add rice, soy sauce and sesame oil to the pan, then mix.
Transfer rice to rice cooker.
Put in the water and/or chicken broth accordingly like when u make rice usually.
Season with a pinch or two of salt.
Chicken
Cut chicken breast into small pieces.
Marinade chicken with soy sauce and sesame oil for at least an hour.
Saute garlic, ginger and shallot, then add a pinch of salt to taste.
Add the marinaded chicken.
Once cooked, add sweet soy sauce.
