As we live in a tiny home, I was thinking about some ideas on how to display Christmas cards without needing much space. I’ve tried to do this on a TV counter in the past but as we got more cards, eventually it became a mess.
So I ran across this idea from Pinterest and since it’s quite easy to do I thought I’d adapt it for our simple Christmas decoration. The basic idea is to just run a pretty ribbon vertically across a door and you pin all of your Christmas cards to the ribbon. Depending on the number of cards you want to display, you can run up to three vertical ribbons on your door before it starts to look messy.
The only difference I did was to use bobby pins to attach the cards to the ribbons since I didn’t have any clothes pins and I have a bunch of bobby pins.
Not only does organizing your cards this way look nice, but it also easy to do and what I love most is, it really saves space as all the cards are hanging on the door instead of having them spread out on a table or a counter. And it literally only took five minutes to setup.
