Banana Bread

Ingredients
  

  • 2 eggs
  • ¾ cup brown sugar
  • 1 stick butter (8 tablespoons) - softened
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 4 ripe bananas
  • ½ cup chocolate chips (optional)
  • ½ cup walnuts or pecans (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350ºF (or 177ºC). Grease a bread loaf pan.
  • Sift together flour, salt, and baking soda.
  • Beat eggs, brown sugar, butter and bananas. Add dry ingredients to egg mixture until mixed well. Stir in chocolate chips or nuts if desired.
  • Pour mix to the prepared pans.
  • Bake for 65 minutes or until knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
